Our firm was established over three decades ago with the mission to serve the tax and financial planning needs of the individual.
Our view of the "individual" includes his or her family groups, closely held business entities, corporate executive programs, trusts, estates, and charitable interests.
Our clients may require tax analysis and strategy with respect to executive compensation, retirement planning, choice of business entity, gift and generation-skipping transfers, distribution of property, and charitable planning. Our practice is concentrated in the areas of federal and state income and transfer tax planning, related compliance and representation services, and estate planning and administration.
Our attention is concentrated on taking care of clients. This priority has resulted in the steady growth of our practice by referrals from our clients, friends and professional colleagues.
